I've spent my career inside wholesale distribution. Purchasing, inventory, vendor management, keeping multi-branch operations running clean — I've done the work from the inside, not from a conference room. I also built and ran a wholesale product business from scratch, so I know what it looks like on both ends: the established operation that needs to run more efficiently, and the growing one that needs systems before things get messy.
